Conosco Ltd – Conosco Ltd provide IT support services to us and have access to all of our computer systems and network.
Mail Chimp – We use Mail Chimp for our direct marketing activities. This is where we hold our database. The information that is kept are your name, surname, business address, job title, contact phone number & contact email address.
Exporting data for hosting or processing outside the EEA as well as access from outside the EEA to EU hosted data.
Is personal data transferred outside the EEA? – Yes. We use Mail Chimp to host our trade & M.I.C.E. database which we use to send data subjects marketing & promotional information. Mail Chimp are an American company and host our database in the cloud which is not held within the E.U. however they are protected by a privacy shield.
